Bhante Sujatha

Workshop: Tuesday, April 9th at 5:30pm.

“Unbroken and beautiful as-is” finding contentment with yourself as you are, a conversation with Venerable Bhante Sujatha
Our emotions bounce in-between like and dislike. We rank things as good and bad and right and wrong. We try to fix ourselves, our loved ones and our worlds. It’s very well intended. But I’m curious, is it working? I feel tired and overwhelmed trying so hard sometimes to “get better”.

Today I am thinking of the middle path, the gentle road that says “get a little better over here”; and the gentle road that says “I’m already good enough as I am”. Anything beyond this middle is an extreme—- the extreme of changing everything, the extreme of not looking at anything. Holy ground is right here in the center.

Please come join Bhante Sujatha as he discusses how we all can learn to balance our emotions and find the middle path.
