Erin is the Founder and CEO at Rising Phoenix Wellness Services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from Indiana University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Erin performed her residency at an outdoor treatment center for high risk youth and worked with gambling addicts at a clinic in Scottsdale. Erin's clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples and groups in all levels of care. She has been in private practice seeing dual diagnosis clients for 13 years. Erin specializes in addiction and co-dependency. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Erin believes in an integrated mind and body and utilizes a holistic approach to mental health in order for her clients to achieve an optimal state of wholeness and well-being.


Dr. Topete was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. He attended ASU where he obtained his B.S. in biology. He then entered The University of Arizona College of Medicine and graduated in 1992 with an M.D. degree. He then proceeded to complete his Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Joseph Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ in 1995.
Dr. Topete started working in the field of addiction medicine in 1994. He fell in love with the patient population and the science of addiction. He is board certified by the ABAM. Dr. Topete understands his patient's individual needs and dedicates himself to giving them the best. He has been the medical director at CBI, Valley Hospital, Aurora Behavioral East and West, and Saint Lukes.


Audrey earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Denison University in Ohio. She then went on to Prescott College in Arizona, where she was one of the first students in the U.S. to earn both her Master's in Counseling and Psychology as well as a certification for Equine Assisted Mental Health (EAMH). Audrey has over 15 years of experience in the diverse field of mental health and substance abuse treatment. She has worked as an Intake Therapist at St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center and as a Behavioral Health Tech at the Crisis Recovery Unit. While working at Devereux as a Case Manager in the foster care division, she also developed and implemented their Respite Program. Audrey also has EAMH clinical experience where she worked with at-risk youth, focusing specifically on grief and loss.


Elana has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. She has been in the field for over 8 years and has worked at Arizona Youth and Family Services as a Case Manager and has experience working in acute mental health and detox facilities, including Quail Run and Banner Thunderbird. She specializes in working with adolescents, families and adults. Elana incorporates modalities such as strength-based, CBT and DBT into her client’s individual treatment. Elana is passionate about helping her clients reach their therapeutic goals. 


Jeniffer has been passionately creating relationships in the addiction field for over 20 years. Jennifer’s interest in keeping up with the latest treatment modalities has led her to work at numerous facilities in the treatment field, most recently at Calvary as their Holistic Instructor and as the Marketing Director for Transitions Counseling with Dr. Tariq Gafhoor. Jeniffer is a certified nutritionist with a degree in mind-body psychology. She also works as an accountability coach for day-to-day maintenance. Jeniffer attributes much of her success to her family. This loving wife and mom of three is actively involved in her own recovery.


Seth is passionate about his work in recovery. He attended the College of Santa Fe on a soccer scholarship, became injured and consequently began a struggle with his own addiction to opiates. Creating a path through his recovery he began his career giving back to others struggling with addiction in 2015. He has worked in direct client care at two nationally renowned treatment centers in Palm Springs through 2018. He moved to Arizona and worked as a Program Manager at at local treatment facility and has now joined our team to focus his career in clinical outreach. When he is not at work you will find him spending time with his family.
