Dr. Topete was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. He attended ASU where he obtained his B.S. in biology. He then entered The University of Arizona College of Medicine and graduated in 1992 with an M.D. degree. He then proceeded to complete his Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Joseph Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ in 1995.
Dr. Topete started working in the field of addiction medicine in 1994. He fell in love with the patient population and the science of addiction. He is board certified by the ABAM. Dr. Topete understands his patient's individual needs and dedicates himself to giving them the best. He has been the medical director at CBI, Valley Hospital, Aurora Behavioral East and West, and Saint Lukes.
Dr. Ravi N. Chandiramani is a naturopathic physician and a pioneer in the field of Integrative Addiction Medicine (I-AM). His unique approach to the treatment of chemical dependency and co-occurring psychological disorders has been refined over a decade of direct clinical experience with the chemically dependent patient population. Integrative Addiction Medicine effectively combines evidence-based conventional addiction medicine with the nurturing and rebuilding modalities inherent to the practice of naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Chandiramani is President and CEO of Rays of the Sun, LLC, a unique company that oversees the implementation and delivery of cutting edge integrative medical care to patients in a variety of ambulatory treatment settings including subacute detox, residential treatment centers and outpatient medical/behavioral health practices. During his career, Dr. Chandiramani has served in both medical and administrative capacities for several organizations including Corporate Medical Director of Journey Healing Centers, Regional Medical Director of Elements Behavioral Health's Southwest Region, Associate Medical Director of The Silkworth Institute. Dr. Chandiramani presently serves as Associate Medical Director of Evolution Way Recovery Center in Mesa, AZ and is the Medical Director and Co-Founder of Blue Door Therapeutics in Scottsdale, AZ.
Erin is the Owner and Clinical Director at Rising Phoenix Wellness Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from Indiana University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Erin performed her residency at an outdoor treatment center for high risk youth and worked with gambling addicts at a clinic in Scottsdale. Erin's clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples and groups in all levels of care. She has been in private practice seeing dual diagnosis clients for 13 years. Erin specializes in addiction and co-dependency. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Erin believes in an integrated mind and body and utilizes a holistic approach to mental health in order for her clients to achieve an optimal state of wholeness and well-being.
Audrey earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Denison University in Ohio. She then went on to Prescott College in Arizona, where she was one of the first students in the U.S. to earn both her Master's in Counseling and Psychology as well as a certification for Equine Assisted Mental Health (EAMH). Audrey has over 15 years of experience in the diverse field of mental health and substance abuse treatment. She has worked as an Intake Therapist at St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center and as a Behavioral Health Tech at the Crisis Recovery Unit. While working at Devereux as a Case Manager in the foster care division, she also developed and implemented their Respite Program. Audrey also has EAMH clinical experience where she worked with at-risk youth, focusing specifically on grief and loss.
