Kayla Ferec

Kayla is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Arizona State University (ASU), where she focuses on providing therapeutic interventions to support individuals, families, and communities. With a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a specialization in special event management from ASU, she has since a diverse professional background across several industries. Her career began in higher education, where she held roles in compliance and student management. Kayla then transitioned into nonprofit work as a Business Development Consultant in New York City, where she helped grassroots organizations establish impactful partnerships with major institutions such as The Mayo Clinic, The Wallace Foundation, and Amazon. Outside of her professional life, Kayla enjoys traveling, cheering on her kids at their extracurricular activities, and spending quality time with loved ones.
